After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in finance with a focus on real estate finance from the University of Connecticut Kevin Belmonte immediately made the transition into becoming a Mortgage Consultant in May of 2005.  During his time at UCONN Kevin completed an internship at a Connecticut Mortgage Company that helped him get hands on experience before entering the workplace full time.  Through his internship and since entering the industry full time, Kevin has developed a specialty in Reverse Mortgages, but remains well versed in all aspects of the mortgage and real estate finance industry.   

    Kevin made the switch to Ward Kilduff Mortgage, LLC in June of 2009 and is very excited to join our team of experienced consultants.  Kevin is confident that the move will allow him more opportunities to you his knowledge, experience, and expertise to assist his past, present, and future clients throughout their mortgage process.
